Chip Spadafora

I graduated from The University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Sustainability. I am currently working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Mission Critical. I have enjoyed developing skills in: continuous improvement/lean six sigma, project management, design for manufacturability, fabrication methods, and developing work instructions.  A few areas of passion include: general design and innovation, outdoor gear, environmental, machinery, aerospace and action sports.
