Current Experience
Immersion Cooling
I was fortunate enough to manage a first of a kind Immersion Cooling Unit for RK Mission Critical's production floor. The main concept involved using a de-electric liquid to immerse 500kW of crypto-mining computers as a way to prevent overheating.

- I handled reviewing the drawings to determine feasible of design.I interacted with shop floor plumbers and electricians to revise the initial design for maximum efficiency. Once major changed that I helped push through involved switching from a gate valve to a needle valve and automating the valves. Through conversation, I learned the value of adding unions to a plumbing design to simplify future servicing needs.

- I acted as the subject matter expert on the production side of the project. Our team often ran into supply chain issues that were outside of our company's controlled. In situations like this, I honed in on my ability to think on the fly and adjust work instruction flows to accommodating for missing material while still keeping the project on track to meet it's deadline.

- I supported my manager from CAD to actual implementation of new 5S tool boards for the project.

- I diligently maintained and updated bill of materials for the project, track part changes, and identified issues before they reached the shop floor.

I would love to connect and discuss this project in more detail!
